Our concierge provides a personalized customer service experience.

Our expert concierge team will:
  • Find a provider – The concierge will search for providers that match the member’s preferences and promptly reply with a list of options that meet the member’s needs.
  • Book an appointment – The concierge will schedule all appointments and will confirm that the provider is participating in the health plan, saving your member the time and hassle. The member can request this service on the member portal in two clicks, for a seamless experience.
  • Prepare for upcoming doctor visits – The concierge will speak with doctors to confirm benefits and eligibility, and provide directions to the appointment, which are also available on the member portal or mobile app.
  • Manage post-care EOBs and follow-ups – The concierge will clarify the Explanation of Benefits and coordinate any follow-up visits or care.
  • Answer questions – The concierge will resolve any questions about medical benefits, ancillary benefits, finances, and more.

Your members can contact the concierge by phone, email, or online chat. They can also prompt the concierge into action by requesting to schedule an appointment with a provider through the member portal or mobile app.
