NEW YORK (March 27, 2025) – Julie Bank, Chief People Officer at Brighton Health Plan Solutions, has been recognized as a member of the Class of 2025 for Ragan’s Top Women in HR Awards, and was recently recognized, along with the company’s CEO, Jim Cusumano, as a finalist for Executive Partnership of the Year in the Transform Awards.
In naming her to the Class of 2025, judges for the Ragan awards noted Bank’s integral role in providing support and resources for Brighton HPS employees, in addition to her strategic approaches to recruiting, hiring and retaining career-oriented, talented people. They also recognized the human resources team’s demonstrated success in encouraging open dialogue among employees, managers and leadership, ensuring that employees are comfortable expressing concerns, providing feedback or offering new ideas.
Additionally, Bank and Cusumano were honored as finalists for the Power Pair: Executive Partnership of the Year award from Transform. Judges noted the cooperation between the two executives on strategy and talent acquisition, as well as their combined work throughout the pandemic, when they took a holistic approach to improve engagement and productivity during a time when most employees had shifted to remote work and were managing the challenges that came along with increased isolation.
