LGBT Network Certification

Brighton Health Plan Solutions has been officially recognized as an LGBT Network Certified organization! This certification celebrates our commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive and affirming environment for the LGBTQ+ community—both within our walls and beyond.

The LGBT Network Certified program highlights companies that are leading the way in LGBTQ+ diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), and are actively engaged in supporting their employees, clients and communities. As a result, we’re now featured on the LGBT Network’s public listing—helping LGBTQ+ consumers identify and support organizations that share their values.

This recognition is more than a badge—it’s a reflection of our ongoing commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to be themselves. We’re proud to be part of this important movement and to continue sending a clear message: Brighton stands for inclusion.

Team Members Share What Pride Month Means to Them

What Pride Month means to me is celebration, acceptance and respect. We should not only accept differences, but go another step and celebrate them, so that everyone feels welcome and respected in their communities. I'm looking forward to the Pride Parade and Festival this year and hoping to make new friends.”

- Mary Krisch-Zetts, Care Coordinator, Casualty Services

“The month itself to me is about love, acceptance and understanding – something that is universal and not only for the LGBTQ+ community. All people can come together and be one and that is a beautiful thing. When I think about LGBTQ+ history I think of perseverance. I think about the difficult times the community has faced and all the obstacles that have been overcome.”

- Kevin Lynch, Data Integrity

“I would describe my experience working at BHPS as one of privilege and certainly very fortunate. I am so blessed to work in an environment where it is truly encouraged to bring your authentic self to work. I do not have to hide who I am and rely on my passing privilege to get by at work – I can be me unapologetically. Thank you BHPS team members for making me feel uplifted and celebrated, not just during Pride month, but all year long!”

- BettyAnne Spuhler, Manager of Casualty Support & PRIDE ERG Leader
