Employee Experience

We welcome and value each team member’s thoughts, ideas and perspectives.

We encourage team members to bring their authentic selves to work and provide training to help every employee understand and exhibit inclusive behaviors.

Through dollar-for-dollar matching programs and dedicated time off, we encourage team members to engage in philanthropy and volunteer work.

Belonging

We believe in increasing diversity and inclusion at every level, starting with leaders making space for viewpoints that are different from their own. We encourage safe spaces and give underrepresented people a voice. We believe in seeking input, celebrating self-identity and encouraging employee-led groups (ERGs) that build inclusivity.

Team Chats

Each month, we host informal, employee-led meetings to discuss important topics that impact our team members.

In our Fireside Chats, we aim to create a safe space where our team members can be their authentic selves and share different parts of who they are with colleagues. Calendar invites for Fireside Chats are sent to all team members and are optional. If you plan on joining, we ask you to devote the time, engage and have your camera on. It can be difficult to share and it is important that those sharing feel supported.

Our Coffee Break Chats are your chance to relax and de-stress! We tackle lighthearted topics from in-laws to parenting to our favorite sports teams. These chats can range from 20 minutes to a half hour and are just a to add some light entertainment to your day!

Interested in a Fireside or Coffee Break Chat topic or want to be a moderator? Email Meredith Worth.
